  • What are the delivery charges and time slots?
    All orders above $55 come with free normal delivery (delivery time: between 9am to 10pm) All orders below $55 are charged a flat rate of $6 per normal delivery.
  • How soon will I receive my items?
    All orders are shipped out within 2-3 working days. Our courier will send you an SMS notification one day before your delivery, and on the morning of the delivery itself.
  • Can I include special delivery instructions?
    We will try our best to accede to your requests. Please email your request to us at together with your order number. Here are some common requests that we can help with: 1. To leave your items in a specific location outside your house if there is no one at home 2. Leave the items with your condo guardhouse Here are some requests that we commonly received, but we are unable to help with: 1. To deliver your item within a specific time frame. Our delivery time slots are between 9am to 10pm. Time-slot deliveries come at a premium of $2 extra per delivery which you can opt for upon checkout.
  • What if I'm not home during my delivery?
    Our courier will contact you to get permission to leave the parcel at your gate or in your riser. Alternatively, please reschedule your delivery from the link sent to you via SMS by our courier. Or by emailing us at with the following details: 1. Order number 2. Suitable date for delivery (within 3 days of the first delivery) All missed deliveries will be attempted a second time, after which the parcel will be returned to us and arrangements have to redeliver your items (at a cost).
  • I receive an SMS that my items have been delivered, but I have yet to receive my items."
    Please email us at with your order number and we will check with our courier on this.
  • Do you deliver to all areas in Singapore?
    We deliver to all addresses in Singapore except places that do not allow public delivery like: 1. Army camps 2. Government buildings 3. Pulau Ubin 4. Prison complexes 5. Jurong Island 6. Shipyards
  • I received a damage item in my delivery.
    We are terribly sorry that you received a damaged item. Please contact us at with the following details within 7 days of receiving your order: 1. Order number 2. Damaged product and description of damage 3. Photo of damage
